Starting the day with a flag raising, Mexican border guards launch the Mexico Flag during the 1980’s when the US-Mexico Nogales Crossing was open with little restriction. Today the lines are endless, traffic is backed up at both the DeConcini Port of Entry downtown and the Maricopi Truck Crossing west of the main port of entry.
